We use the information you submit for exactly one purpose: to contact you about your estimate request and, if you'd like, to schedule and complete the work. Your address helps us understand the job before we call. Your phone and email let us reach you back, typically outside normal business hours.
Your information stays with Tekton Landscaping. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with marketing partners or data brokers. The only people who see what you submit are the owners of Tekton, for the purpose of following up on your request. When you submit the estimate form on our site, your request and the visit time you pick are stored in our scheduling system, hosted on Cloudflare, and emailed to us. If that system is unavailable, the request is sent through Web3Forms, a form-handling service, which delivers it to our email inbox. We keep the emails you send us like we'd keep any other correspondence.
If you submit a request form on our website and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, Tekton Landscaping collects your mobile phone number and the details you entered on the form. We use this information only to text you about your request, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and notices if your visit changes.
