One plan for the year. One predictable monthly payment.

Yard work isn't evenly distributed throughout the year. Spring may bring cleanup and mulch. Summer means regular lawn and landscape care. Fall brings leaves and seasonal cleanup. Winter is naturally quieter. Instead of your bill jumping up and down with the seasons, we price the annual scope of your Property Care plan and divide it into 12 monthly payments.

Not every yard is the same. Plans shown are a starting point for residential properties up to about a quarter acre. We'll take a look at your property before confirming your plan and monthly rate. Larger or more complex properties may receive custom pricing.
Just Take Care of It!

A branch comes down. You're having people over. A landscape bed needs extra attention. There's a small outdoor job that's been bothering you for weeks.

Just Take Care of It! includes 12 Property Care Hours for qualifying property-care work outside your regularly scheduled services. Think of it like a piggy bank of time set aside for the smaller yard needs that come up throughout the year. When something comes up, send us a request and we'll let you know how we can help.

Members can submit up to two Property Care requests per week. Requests receive priority scheduling based on crew availability, weather and the type of work needed.

Property Care plans cover a defined annual scope of lawn and landscape maintenance. The annual cost is divided into 12 predictable monthly payments, even though the type and amount of work naturally changes with the seasons.
You're purchasing an annual service plan rather than a fixed number of monthly labor hours. Some seasons require considerably more work than others, while your monthly payment stays predictable throughout the year.
No. Snow and ice services are not included in Tekton Property Care plans.
Complete and Just Take Care of It! include up to 3 cubic yards of Tekton's standard mulch, including material and installation, once per service year. Additional mulch or specialty materials can be quoted separately.
Routine bed care helps maintain landscape beds that are already in reasonable condition. Major overgrowth removal, bed reconstruction, new planting and redesign work are separate landscape projects.
Just Take Care of It! includes 12 Property Care Hours per service year for qualifying smaller property-care tasks outside normal scheduled service. Members may submit up to two requests per week.
No. These customers receive Tekton's highest scheduling priority, but timing depends on crew availability, weather and the work requested.
No. Hours are available during the current 12-month service term and reset at renewal. Unused hours have no cash or refund value.
Generally, no. The Hour Bank covers qualifying property-care time. Materials and specialized equipment can be priced separately when needed.
We build efficient local routes, so a specific weekday isn't guaranteed. If you have a special event coming up, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
If conditions prevent us from safely or properly servicing the property, we'll move the visit to the next reasonable service opportunity.
No. Property Care maintains your existing property. New beds, planting, grading, land clearing, sod, stone installation and other larger improvements are quoted separately. Property Care customers receive preferred project scheduling.
Property Care is structured as a 12-month service agreement because the work and cost are not distributed evenly throughout the year. I'll walk you through the full renewal and early-termination terms before you sign anything.
